M45 Pleiades
M45 is a reflection nebula.  The bright young blue stars energize the gases around it which gives it the blue hues around the stars.  On a dark night with excellent seeing you can pick up on the nebulosity. This picture was taken in my back yard just 30 minutes before dawn.  I was able to get 5 subframes of 5 minutes a piece.  I plan on getting more data in the future which will help bring out even more nebulosity.  I was using my ES APO 104mm refractor with ZWO ASI071MC
cooled camera. Stacked with DeepSky Stacker and processed in Photoshop.
